Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel their pre-order within 7 days of placing the order.

After the 7-day window, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled.
After the Cancellation Period

Once the 7-day cancellation period has passed, your order is locked in production and allocated inventory.

Because of this, we are unable to offer cancellations, changes, or refunds.
Shipping Timeline
