Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders

When placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not currently in stock and will be shipped on or around the estimated ship date displayed on the product page.

Payment & Processing

  • All pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are processed immediately to secure your item from the upcoming production batch.

Cancellation Window

  • Customers may request to cancel their pre-order within 7 days of placing the order.

  • After the 7-day window, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled.

After the Cancellation Period

  • Once the 7-day cancellation period has passed, your order is locked in production and allocated inventory.

  • Because of this, we are unable to offer cancellations, changes, or refunds.

Shipping Timeline

  • Your order will ship according to the estimated ship date listed on the product page.

  • Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to slight delays due to production or logistics.
